Natalie Campbell's Biography

Natalie Campbell is an award-winning businesswoman and HarperCollins author. She won the ‘Community Spirit’ award at the ‘Women of the Future Awards’ in 2016 and was recognised in the Management Today 35 Women Under 35 and City AM Power 100 Women lists. Natalie has been appointed as CEO of Belu Water, effective from 1 March 2020.

Natalie is the co-founder of A Very Good Company (AVGC), a global social innovation agency, that has built a reputation for delivering success through its work with Virgin Media, Marks and Spencers and Channel 4. The company has grown into a publishing company, distributing the ethos of doing good and spreading good. From 2011-2018, AVCG worked with businesses and stakeholders, co-creating campaigns related to health, employment rights, and the environment. Natalie also launched London’s newest wellbeing craze, “The Badass Principle – a workout for the mind and soul”. She has previously been the exclusive partner to the charity, WaterAid, since 2011 and has donated 100% of its net profit to help bring access to clean water and good hygiene worldwide.

As a non-executive director, she has chaired the Nominet Trust and Social Tech Trust and has governance oversight of over £1billion in public funding through her roles on the board of the Big Lottery Fund, UnLtd, the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs and the Mayor’s London economic strategy board. Natalie is a Fellow of the Clore Social Leadership Programme and the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust. As a columnist for Management Today, the Guardian and LLB, Natalie published her first book in 2014. “Starting a Business in Seven Simple Steps”, published by HarperCollins, offers advice, vision, defining USP and business plans.
