International bookings & visas
To protect each speaker’s intellectual property and presentation content, recording and distribution permissions are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to film, livestream, photograph, or reuse any portion of a speaker’s appearance or presentation, written approval must be requested in advance. When recording is approved, the permitted usage and any applicable restrictions will be confirmed prior to the event.
If you have questions or would like to request recording rights, please contact your Chartwell representative.
