Richard Cooper's Biography

Richard Cooper is a world-renowned leadership and team-building consultant, equipped with over 30 years’ experience in executive training, coaching and facilitation, working with multinational corporate and international development organisations.

Throughout his career Richard has provided tailor-made programmes on leadership and team-building to companies in India and several other countries, including Airtel, Emirates NBD Bank, L’Oréal, Monsanto, Nomura Financial Services and The Walt Disney Company. He has also taken part in the United Nations Development Programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo as a trainer at the Centre for Development Communication, where he was responsible for raising awareness of potential dysfunctions in teamwork.

Richard has also provided training on media skills and message delivery to clients worldwide, including companies and international organisations such as The Coca-Cola Company in MENA and Europe, the International Labour Organisation in the Philippines and India, the United Nations Development Programme in Nigeria, the World Bank in Thailand and the Tanzania Revenue Authority. He has also lectured at Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy Tufts University in the US.
