Colin Rhys is an entrepreneur, creative strategist and keynote speaker who explores the intersection of technology, design and human experience. With a career spanning the creative industries, global investment and next generation infrastructure, he brings a distinctive perspective on how ambitious ideas become transformative projects. An early member of Virgin Hyperloop One, Rhys helped develop the company’s vision to redefine transportation and played a key role in expanding its presence across the Middle East and Asia. He contributed to efforts that secured the world’s first commercial Hyperloop agreements and helped build partnerships with governments and investors across the GCC region. Working alongside leading global design firm Foster + Partners, he also contributed to the Hyperloop vision for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and helped present the project’s future mobility concepts to international audiences.

Rhys founded the RHYS Gallery and built an international reputation in the creative sector by developing a globally recognised platform for contemporary art. Over nine years the gallery staged exhibitions across six continents and more than thirty countries, connecting artists and audiences through ambitious cultural programming. His work later expanded into design and architecture projects exploring how creative spaces and built environments shape human experience.

He later founded Karavan, a platform focused on cultural infrastructure and large scale creative projects, and March Hare, which supports governments in accelerating national transformation through foreign direct investment initiatives. Through these ventures he collaborates with governments, investors and organisations on visionary projects that combine creativity, technology and economic growth.

A sought after speaker, Rhys has delivered keynotes at major global events including the World Economic Forum in Davos, the International Defence Exhibition, London Tech Week and other international business and innovation forums.
