Victoria Scholar, the recipient of the prestigious CITY AM’s Analyst of the Year 2023 award, is a distinguished figure in the realm of financial communication, noted for her ability to make complex financial news accessible to a broader audience. Currently, Victoria serves as the Head of Investment at Interactive Investor, the UK’s second-largest direct-to-consumer investment platform. Her expansive broadcast portfolio encompasses a wide array of financial topics, from daily business news and investment strategy to asset allocation, collective investments, macroeconomics, and markets.

Before her current role, Victoria honed her skills as a financial journalist with IG Group, where she presented business news on the IGTV broadcast channel. Victoria’s career began on the trading floor of the renowned investment bank, Nomura. She is a University of Bristol graduate with a degree in Economics and holds a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from City University, London.
