Ben Page's Biography

Ben Page is a world renowned social researcher, and expert on trends and public policy and politics.

His focus is on making statistics interesting. He joined Ipsos (MORI) in 1987 after graduating, rising to become CEO of Ipsos in the UK in 2009 and global CEO in Paris in 2021.  Ipsos is one of the world’s largest research and polling companies operating in 220 cities globally with 18,000 people, working for the world’s largest companies, many governments and global institutions like the UN and World Bank.   In his 38 years at Ipsos, Ben has been a frequent writer and speaker on trends, leadership and performance management, and directed thousands of surveys examining consumer trends and citizen behaviour, working with the great, the good and not so good!

Ben is a Visiting Professor at King’s College London, and a fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. He sits on the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) at UKRI. He serves on advisory groups at the Social Market Foundation (SMF) and other think tanks. He is a Patron of Create Streets, a charity promoting human scale development.
