Roxanne Varza's Biography

Roxanne Varza is one of Europe’s leading voices on entrepreneurship, innovation and technology. She is the Director of STATION F, the world’s largest startup campus, based in Paris, where she oversees a thriving ecosystem of entrepreneurs, investors, corporate partners and technology leaders from around the world.

Prior to joining STATION F, Roxanne led Microsoft’s startup activities in France and served as Editor of TechCrunch France, covering the rapidly evolving European technology landscape. She has played a central role in shaping France’s startup ecosystem and has long been a champion of entrepreneurship, innovation and diversity in technology.

She is also an angel and scout investor, and sits on the board of publicly-listed media company NRJ Group.

Throughout her career, Roxanne has co-founded several influential organisations, including European technology publication Tech.eu, which was later acquired by Webrazzi, the non-profit Starther, now part of SISTA, and the Failcon Paris conference.

A frequent speaker at major international conferences, Roxanne shares insights on entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, innovation, venture capital and the future of technology. She holds degrees from UCLA, Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics (LSE).
