Axel Breuer's Speaking Topics

  • How will we really work in the future?

The future of work will be very different from what you expect. Skills, pay, working hours, strategies - this eye-opening keynote offers a glimpse into what is coming in human resources, finance, marketing and administration in the era of AI. Breuer is offering thought provoking perspectives on the future of managing businesses and people in the era of AI. He offers perspectives on how future management careers will work - education, training, payment, working hours, workplace, teamwork. He also provides insight on the most innovative tools and use cases defining the future of work in the era of AI - based on his work introducing and implementing tools in various organisations.

  • Humans: A Use Case

When everyone has the same tools, edge comes from fusing algorithmic performance with human skills - creativity, systems thinking and empathy. Using fresh case studies, Axel shows how managers combine intuition with algorithmic insight to make faster strategic calls and sustain outperformance, then offers a five-step plan to cultivate those uniquely human capabilities at scale.

  • Is There an AI for Our Business?

This session shows leaders how to spot the workflows where AI adds the most value, using a compact “Value-Lens” that ranks processes by speed, accuracy and insight gains. It then walks through a build–buy–bolt-on decision grid, flagging the privacy, bias and IP checkpoints every project needs. Crucially, the talk explains how to train and incentivise teams to redesign tasks around new tools—covering role mapping, micro-learning sprints and success metrics—so the organisation moves from isolated pilots to repeatable, people-powered adoption.

  • Boardroom → Botroom: How C-Suites Turn Gen-AI Hype into Shareholder Value

Most boardrooms treat AI as a moon-shot—or a menace. The real risk? Moving too slowly. The real breakthrough comes when they re-cast it as a core management discipline—one that rewards rapid experiments, data-driven curiosity and cross-functional learning. This keynote guides leaders through that mindset shift: from protecting today’s margins to designing tomorrow’s advantage. Axel Breuer challenges habitual risk-aversion, offers a mental model that links every AI pilot to a strategic question, and shows how a culture of small, fast proofs converts hype into measurable gains in profit, growth and organisational speed.
