As managing director of Compass Group Colombia, he tripled the division’s revenue and increased operating profits by 130 percent. He later served as Innovation and International Business Development Director for Latin America, led the successful launch of Farmacity in Colombia, and co-founded Azurian, one of Latin America’s pioneering internet consulting firms.
