Tsedal Neeley's Biography
Tsedal Neeley is the Naylor Fitzhugh Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where she also serves as the Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Development and Research Strategy. An authority on virtual work and organizational change, she advises leaders on developing and implementing global and digital strategies to scale their organizations effectively. Her insights have been pivotal for companies navigating remote work transitions, digital transformations, and global expansion.
Her latest book, The Digital Mindset: What It Really Takes to Thrive in the Age of Data, Algorithms, and AI (2022), co-authored with Paul Leonardi, introduces the “30% rule,” emphasizing the essential digital literacy required to leverage today’s technological advancements. This publication builds upon her earlier works, including Remote Work Revolution: Succeeding from Anywhere (2021) and The Language of Global Success (2017), which delve into the nuances of global collaboration and virtual team dynamics.
