Ines Gafsi's Biography

Ines Gafsi is the co-founder of Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide and City Head of Inspiring Girls Hong Kong.

Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide (FEW) is Asia-Pacific’s largest business platform for female founders, and together with her team, Ines has built a community of over 20,000 registered members, 300 high-value corporate partners and 100 FEW advocates and influencers. Ines is also an advisor in the FEW Accelerator Programme where she supports the growth of female-led startups in the ESG space through cash investment, mentorship, media coverage, and access to an extensive network of investors.

For her outstanding work in female empowerment, Ines was invited to lead the Inspiring Girls chapter in Hong Kong. The international charity connects young women to female role models and originated from the UK. It currently operates in 20 different countries including Australia, Brazil, France, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, and Russia to name a few.

Through various initiatives, Ines helps the younger generation uncover the limitless possibilities in their careers, understand more about life in the workplace and shares insightful advice to help them succeed. She plays a vital hand in creating meaningful social capital in Hong Kong by investing in youth education and promoting co-operation amongst schools and corporations.

Ines is a highly a sought-after public speaker, bringing a decade of experience and a passion for female empowerment to the stage. Her speaking topics range from leadership and entrepreneurship to gender equality and the future of work. Drawing from her personal entrepreneurial journey and professional expertise, Ines delivers insightful and engaging talks that inspire and empower audiences. She also conducts workshops and panel discussions for some of the largest corporations in Asia.

Ines Gafsi is a recognised thought leader in the industry, she was nominated for Tatler’s Front & Female Award and listed on Tatler Gen T and Prestige Women of Influence lists. She is also a member of the judging committee for the AmCham Women of Influence awards.
