Tolga Ruscuklu's Biography
Tolga Ruscuklu is a visionary keynote speaker, master trainer, and executive coach known for his engaging, thought-provoking style that seamlessly blends strategic insight with humour and compelling storytelling. With over 25 years of international corporate experience, he has guided leaders and teams through pivotal moments across Africa, Europe, and the Far East, specializing in negotiation, leadership development, and conflict management.
Currently, as the Director of Learning and Development at ByPi Global, Tolga designs and delivers transformative talks, workshops and learning experiences that challenge conventional thinking, spark new perspectives, and encourage people to embrace change. His sessions are interactive, memorable, and grounded in real-world scenarios, creating an impact that resonates long after the experience ends.
Over the course of his career, Tolga has delivered more than 5.000 hours of training and keynotes, partnering with organizations across diverse industries. He has collaborated with Harvard University Negotiation Leaders and the Peter Drucker Institute of Management, integrating world-class methodologies that bridge intellect and intuition in the workplace. And while he’s had his share of successes, he’s also had his fair share of failures – probably more – which is exactly what makes his sessions so raw, relatable, and refreshingly real.
Driven by a passion for empowering emerging voices, Tolga co-founded the Women Leaders in Business Project, a global initiative providing 100% scholarships to women leaders in over 20 countries, including the USA, UK, Brazil, Germany, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, and Turkey – creating space for new voices to thrive in the business world.
A regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review, Tolga writes about what matters most to him – leadership, negotiation, and the human side of work.
