Sue Perkins is an award-winning broadcaster, writer, comedian and presenter, celebrated for her quick wit, intelligent storytelling and warm, engaging stage presence. Sue is best known internationally as the co-host of the BAFTA Award-winning The Great British Bake Off, the globally successful series she presented alongside Mel Giedroyc from 2010-2016. Together, Mel and Sue became one of British television’s most loved presenting partnerships, first rising to prominence through Light Lunch and Late Lunch. Beyond entertainment television, Sue has hosted a wide range of acclaimed programmes across the BBC, Channel 4, Netflix and Sky, including Insert Name Here, Just a Minute on BBC Radio 4 and the hit companion series Thronecast.

An acclaimed documentary-maker and travel presenter, Sue is known for immersive and insightful series including The Ganges with Sue Perkins, Sue Perkins: Perfectly Legal, Sue Perkins: Lost in Alaska, Sue Perkins: Lost in Thailand and Sue Perkins’ Big Adventure: Paris to Istanbul in 2024.
