Roz Savage's Biography
Roz Savage MBE is a former management consultant turned world-class adventurer, environmental advocate, and leadership speaker. In her thirties, she left a comfortable corporate life to row solo across three oceans becoming a global symbol of what’s possible when you commit fully to a cause greater than yourself.
Her record-breaking journeys earned her recognition as a UN Climate Hero, a Yale World Fellow, and one of the Top 20 Bravest Women of All Time by the Daily Telegraph. She has also received an MBE from King Charles for services to the environment.
Roz brings hard-earned insights to organisations seeking to lead with vision, integrity, and adaptability. Her ocean experiences have made her an expert on how to face adversity, stay grounded in values, and make bold, meaningful choices in times of uncertainty.
In July 2024, Roz was elected as a Member of Parliament in the UK’s General Election a role she undertook as a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to purposeful leadership and public service. While her keynotes are non-political, her story continues to resonate as a powerful example of courage, conviction, and the impact of personal transformation.
