Jay Kiew's Biography

Jay Kiew is an innovation strategist and bestselling author of Change Fluency™, having delivered over $2B in impact for category-leading organizations like the World Bank, Marriott, DELL, Lincoln Financial, National Safety Council, and more. He’s been recognized as a Future50 honoree by the Project Management Institute and an Agentic AI Thought Leader (Top 10) by Thinkers360 for his work on helping organizations integrate AI agents into their workflows.

At the age of 19, Jay Kiew became the world’s youngest Distinguished Toastmaster and has since been featured in Forbes, Financial Times, USA Today and more. In 2025, Kiew represented Canada at the G20 YEA Summit on Innovation & the Digitization of Work.

Jay holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School and lives in Vancouver with his wife, two daughters, and their stubborn Shiba Inu named Brooklyn, who taught Jay that change requires more than just treats.
