This entertaining, educational, and empowering experience equips audiences with practical tools to drive growth today and tomorrow.

Focus: How to Focus In An Unfocused World | Big vs. Busy

It seems impossible to focus in today's distracted world. Yet the defining difference between winners and losers during periods of rapid change is focus.

Drawing from his #1 bestselling book The Focus Project, Erik Qualman demonstrates how high performers consistently focus on big things rather than busy things. He reveals why lack of focus is often the greatest threat to promising careers, teams, and organizations—and provides practical techniques for making focus a daily habit.

Learning to focus in an unfocused world is a modern superpower. How and what we focus on today will determine our growth and success tomorrow.

Key Takeaways:

  • Being the change rather than fearing the change
  • Making focus a daily habit
  • Prioritizing big outcomes over busy activity

Artificial Intelligence: Transforming Your Future… Today

We don't have a choice about whether artificial intelligence will transform our organizations. The choice is how effectively we adapt.

As a leading futurist, professor, and bestselling author, Erik Qualman helps audiences understand how AI, social media, mobile technology, IoT, and blockchain work together to drive successful business outcomes. More importantly, he demonstrates how organizations can use these technologies to create what he calls "artificial relevance."

This session explores both the opportunities and challenges presented by AI, helping leaders navigate change while maintaining the human connections that drive lasting success.

Key Takeaways:

  • Using AI to make organizations more efficient and more human
  • Overcoming challenges related to ethics, privacy, security, bias, workforce change, and employee retention
  • Finding the right balance between AI and eye-to-eye interaction

Innovation by Design: Being The Disruptor vs. The Disrupted

Organizations that thrive understand how to anticipate change and create cultures built for continuous innovation.

In this forward-looking keynote, Erik Qualman explores emerging societal shifts and the opportunities they create for businesses. He provides a roadmap for ongoing transformation by helping organizations foster cultures where innovation becomes a daily practice rather than a one-time event.

Most innovation is evolutionary rather than revolutionary. By embracing progressive and practical innovation principles, organizations can position themselves to lead change rather than react to it.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Identify emerging trends shaping the future of business
  • Create a culture of continuous innovation
  • Drive organizational transformation through practical action
  • Anticipate disruption before it occurs
  • Position their organization for long-term growth and relevance

Through compelling examples and practical insights, Erik shows how organizations can earn attention, build trust, and create meaningful engagement at scale.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Leverage digital platforms to strengthen customer relationships
  • Build trust and credibility in a connected world
  • Transform engagement into long-term loyalty
