Nighat Arif's Biography

Dr. Nighat Arif is a family GP with expertise in women’s health and family planning, practicing in Buckinghamshire. She provides consultations in American English, Urdu, and Punjabi, fostering trust within her community. As a medical educator, she teaches trainee GPs and speaks at national and international conferences.

Her professional experience includes serving as Lead Clinician at a residential Dementia center and working with Oxford Mental Health NHS trust in both general adult psychiatry and elderly psychiatry.
