As a journalist, David works regularly for major broadcasters and media outlets in the UK and the US including NBC News, WIRED, BBC, The Telegraph, The Guardian, New Scientist and Forbes. During the course of his career, he has also written for the New York Times, The Atlantic, TIME, National Geographic, USA Today, Al Jazeera and the Financial Times.

David has covered all aspects of healthcare over the past decade, from nutrition and the ongoing revolution in ageing science, to the rise of GLP-1s and the ongoing quest to discover new ways of tackling cognitive decline.

David’s work has been discussed on TV and radio programmes around the world, and he has been shortlisted numerous times for various journalism awards.

David is regularly invited to attend major health conferences around the globe and has delivered keynote talks and led panel discussions at numerous events ranging from corporate functions to industry-leading symposiums such as BIO, the annual gathering of investors and leaders across the biotech and pharma sector.

The Age Code, a two-year investigation into the science behind what we eat and how well we age, is his first book. The book’s research saw him travel the world to interview many of the world’s leading ageing and nutrition experts, and travel to countries ranging from Finland to Kuwait to understand why some populations are ageing too quickly, why some people are ageing particularly well, and what we can all learn from these trends.
