Chris Ramsey stands out as a leading figure in the comedy scene today. His high-energy delivery, and off-the-cuff style have made him a staple on British television.

Chris is known for memorably coming second on Taskmaster; being a popular semi-finalist of Strictly Come Dancing; co-hosting Children In Need four years in a row; co-hosting popular quiz showPointless; hosting BBC One’s prime time Little Mix: The Search; and regularly guest hosting The One Show.

Chris recently released his third stand up special Live in London on Sky.

Alongside his wife Rosie they are best known for creating Sh**ged. Married. Annoyed., the original and genre-creating relationship podcast. The hit show has seen over 195 million downloads to date, spawned a Sunday Times #1 bestselling book and broken a Guinness World Record for the biggest live podcast show (at London’s O2 Arena). Nothing short of a phenomenon, the podcast has won wide critical acclaim, sold out two UK arena tours, as well as picking up multiple awards including back-to-back National Comedy Awards for Best Podcast (2023 and 2022), a Global Award for Best Podcast and the Listeners’ Choice Award at the British Podcast Awards.

The couple also released a second series of their hit BBC chat show The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show. Promoted from BBC Two to BBC One for the second series, the show received wide critical acclaim and was nominated by the public for both a National Television Award and a National Comedy Award. The couple have appeared on the much-loved CBeebies Bedtime Stories twice.

As well as their immensely popular podcast and regular TV appearances, Chris and Rosie wrote and published their first book in 2020 named after their podcast, which quickly became a Sunday Time’s Best Seller and more recently in 2024, the couple also published their first children’s book There’s a Poonami in My House inspired by family life with their two sons.

Separately, Chris has previously performed stand up on the Royal Variety Performance (ITV) and Live at the Apollo (BBC1), and made regular appearances on panel shows such as Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC2), A League of Their Own (Sky Max), 8 Out of 10 Cats, Celebrity Gogglebox (Channel 4), Celebrity Juice (ITV2), The Wheel and Would I Lie to You (BBC1).
