Caroline Stokes's Biography
Caroline Stokes is a globally recognised leadership strategist whose work sits at the intersection of AI, climate risk, and organisational reinvention. Named to Thinkers50’s Radar Class of 2026 for her work on future-ready leadership, she is the author of AfterShock to 2030: A CEO’s Guide to Reinvention in the Age of AI, Climate and Societal Collapse (2025), one of the first digital-only, climate-responsible leadership books to be shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Leadership Award—placing Stokes among the world’s leading voices shaping the future of leadership in the Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR), where humans and AI must co-create new behaviours and solutions within planetary boundaries.
