Boardroom → Botroom: How C-Suites Turn Gen-AI Hype into Shareholder Value

The real breakthrough comes when they re-cast it as a core management discipline—one that rewards rapid experiments, data-driven curiosity and cross-functional learning. This keynote guides leaders through that mindset shift: from protecting today’s margins to designing tomorrow’s advantage. Axel Breuer challenges habitual risk-aversion, offers a mental model that links every AI pilot to a strategic question, and shows how a culture of small, fast proofs converts hype into measurable gains in profit, growth and organisational speed.
