Morgan McSweeney is one of the most influential political strategists in modern British politics, widely recognised for reshaping the Labour Party and helping deliver its landmark 2024 General Election victory. A trusted adviser to Prime Minister Keir Starmer and a central figure behind Labour’s electoral transformation, McSweeney has become known for his disciplined, data-driven approach to campaigning, leadership and public trust.
