Philipp Hahn is an international keynote speaker and CEO of Rabl & Hahn, the disruptive management consultancy he founded in 2007. Based between Munich and Nevada (Las Vegas), he helps leaders cut through noise and execute transformation with speed, clarity and measurable impact.

Hahn lives transformation. Across 25+ years, he has led 550+ transformation projects and built a reputation for rolling up his sleeves writing concepts, designing measures, and, when it helps, joining teams on the road.

He is known for meeting organisations where the change actually happens. At Airbus, he personally met nearly 20,000 employees in workshops and roadshows, listening first and then turning insights into practical action. He brings that fieldwork onto the stage, from GENOKON 2019 to Electrolux Group’s Quality Night in May 2023.
