Jason Howlett's Biography

Jason Howlett is on a mission to fix what’s broken in modern work. He helps organisations escape the cycle of overwhelm, distraction and burnout—replacing it with cultures that are energised, focused and built to last. Based in Denmark and working globally, Jason brings an international outlook and a practical, people-first approach to sustainable high performance.

For over 16 years, Jason has partnered with leaders and teams at BNP Paribas, Liberty Mutual, Novo Nordisk, Velux and SAP to achieve what once felt impossible: high performance without sacrificing wellbeing. Independent testimonials from senior leaders at Velux and SAP highlight the effectiveness of his methods and outcomes.  His methodology blends behavioural science, psychology, physiology and organisational design to deliver measurable change—such as a 70% reduction in stress, 20% more time for strategic priorities and hundreds of hours each month reclaimed for high-value work.

Jason’s perspective was forged in the realities of global business and IT consulting—eight years across fast-moving roles, including three years in Silicon Valley’s high-pressure environment. After hitting the wall with chronic stress and burnout, he retrained in health and wellbeing, then returned to the corporate arena to tackle the root causes of burnout and inefficiency at scale. Earlier in his career, his Danish health-tech venture earned a national industry award nomination (2018), and he has shared evidence-based insights at forums such as Firstbeat’s HRV Summit (2019).

In 2024, Jason published Be at your best: Book 1 – Time Management, a concise system for building a healthy, effective way of working. He has since followed this with Be at your best: Book 2 – Energy Management, which focuses on practical routines for sustainable energy and wellbeing. In 2025, he joined the European Association of Urology’s “Effective performance and personal success” series to discuss physical, mental and emotional energy management for sustained performance. He continues to contribute practical ideas on creating healthy, effective work habits through articles and keynotes.
