Elizabeth Bullock is a frontline leader who spent three years in Ukraine’s most volatile zones, orchestrating life-saving civilian operations where conventional systems collapsed. Ten days after Russia’s full-scale invasion, she left a decade-long career scaling high-growth tech start-ups—including defence-intelligence tooling—and drove solo into the warzone, determined to turn intent into impact.

Rejecting bureaucracy and performative aid, she founded British Expeditionary Aid & Rescue, an agile unit run with start-up precision: lean teams, intelligence-driven decisions and unequivocally focused on results. Under her command, they evacuated bedridden residents ahead of advancing Russian forces in the Donbas, created scaled-out crisis drinking water solutions after the Nova Kakhovka Dam breach, and reconstructed villages razed to the ground, working across Bucha, Lysychansk, Bakhmut, Kharkiv, Izyum, Kherson and Mykolaiv.
