Holly Ransom is a globally recognised leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and CEO of Emergent Global, a consultancy driving transformative initiatives in leadership development, diversity, and innovation across corporate, non-profit, and public sectors. Her work has delivered real-world results for leading organisations such as Microsoft, Virgin, P&G, Coca-Cola, Volvo, Mastercard, and EY.

In 2018, Holly was personally selected by Barack Obama to moderate their conversation during his visit to Australia. Since then, she has interviewed global leaders and icons including Sir Richard Branson, Malala Yousafzai, Malcolm Gladwell, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Venus Williams, Brené Brown, and Matthew McConaughey—transforming each exchange into a masterclass in leadership through her signature mix of curiosity, clarity, and fearless questioning.

A Fulbright Scholar and Harvard Kennedy School Class of 2021 fellow, Holly received the prestigious Anne Wexler Public Policy Scholarship, specialising in collaborative policy design. Holly’s leadership journey includes chairing the G20 Youth Summit in 2014 and the UN’s Coalition of Young Women Entrepreneurs, delivering a Peace Charter to the Dalai Lama, and co-founding Energy Disruptors: UNITE—an award-winning summit voted Canada’s Best Conference three times, bringing global leaders together to accelerate clean energy innovation. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Port Adelaide Football Club and is Chair of Pride Cup Australia, advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports.
