Leandro Herrero's Biography
Dr Leandro Herrero is an organisational architect, psychiatrist, and CEO of The Chalfont Project, a pioneering international firm of Organizational Architects specialising in large-scale behavioural and cultural transformation. The creator of the Viral Change™ methodology, he has helped FTSE and Fortune 500 boards turn companies into agile social movements in more than thirty countries.
A psychiatrist by training, Herrero left clinical practice and academia to hold senior leadership roles in the global pharmaceutical sector. Armed with an MBA and Fellowships of several leading management institutes, he fuses behavioural science with boardroom pragmatism to design “behavioural DNA” architectures that embed resilience and unlock performance long after the consultants have gone.
An influential thinker, Herrero has written twelve books—including Homo Imitans, Disruptive Ideas, The Flipping Point, and Camino: Leadership Notes on the Road—and his writings attract a worldwide community of change leaders. In 2024, he launched the Leandro Herrero Institute, a membership platform offering exclusive access to his insights, live sessions, and curated learning resources.
