Previously, as the NFL’s Senior Vice President of Player Health and Innovation, she co-created the AI-powered Digital Athlete with AWS and led a $60M engineering roadmap that delivered position-specific helmets and a historic multi-year 25% concussion reduction—including the lowest rates on record in 2024 (earning 2025 Best in Athlete Performance Technology recognition).

As CFO at Atari, she restored profitability to a $150M business through disciplined restructuring. Earlier at the NFL, she architected a digital RFP that generated a 220% revenue increase and the league’s first $1B apparel portfolio.
