Appointed as the UK’s Youth Mental Health Ambassador, Dr. Alex works closely with policymakers, educational institutions, and charities to shape holistic approaches to mental health for the next generation.

Expanding on his mission to break the stigma around mental well-being, Dr. Alex has become a bestselling author with “Live Well Every Day,” an accessible guide to leading a balanced, healthier lifestyle.
