Michael C. Bush's Biography

Michael C. Bush is a global authority on workplace culture with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations achieve success by creating and sustaining great cultures. Drawing from his experiences at some of the world’s leading companies, Michael has developed a unique, global perspective on creating successful workplace cultures.

As a serial entrepreneur, Micheal has founded several successful companies. Since 2015, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Great Place to Work. The organization is a leading authority that provides organizational strategic consulting and management training to create cultures that have high collaboration and performance. In 2011, he founded 8 Factors, a company that makes frameworks to give entrepreneurs and micro-enterprises the necessary information and resources to establish effective control and expand their enterprises. He is also the founder of Mattmar Group, an organization that offers recovery leadership for businesses unable to reach their objectives.

Previously, Michael held senior positions at various firms, such as Chief Executive Officer at Clark Sustainable Resource Developments, developing a global executive team and providing organizational leadership. He is also the former Chief Executive Officer of Tetra Tech Communications and Whalen and Company.
