Perrine Farque Keynote Speaker

Perrine Farque is a multi-award-winning diversity and inclusion expert and an internationally recognised keynote speaker. She is the founder and director of Inspired Human, a London-based agency specialised in helping organisations grow their business through diversity and inclusion programmes.

She was recently nominated in the Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech by Computer Weekly (2020) and is a frequent contributor to a number of publications including Startup Nation, Diginomica, DiversityQ, FairPlay Talks and many more.

As an expert in diversity, Perrine Farque’s diversity insights have driven the strategy at leading companies including Facebook, PagerDuty, Pivotal, Nlyte Software and AvePoint for over a decade. She has trained many organisations on how to use truly diverse and inclusive teams to support business growth. She is passionate about educating business leaders on the importance of prioritising diversity and inclusion and seeing it as an effective competitive advantage, rather than a moral imperative or the right thing to do.

Perrine is a judge at the Diversity in Tech Awards and featured as a keynote speaker at many well-established industry conferences including Dublin Tech Summit, Cascon X Evoke, The Diana Initiative among others.
