Rajdeep Gahir's Biography

Rajdeep Gahir is an entrepreneurial force who has spent her career at the intersection of real estate, consumer tech and financial market innovation across Europe and the USA. Her drive and passion lies in tackling big problems, challenging root philosophies and breaking the mould in traditional industries.

She is the co-founder and CEO of Vivahouse, an innovative co-living operator that uses rapid prefabrication system to reduce the time and cost of construction by 50%. Vivahouse launched by leasing an iconic shopping centre in London to show how vacant city spaces can be effectively repurposed, they are now rolling out sites globally with partners. Alongside this, Rajdeep founded CoCreations – a consultancy and venture builder, focused on the changing nature of the real estate industry. In just 2 years, CoCreations led rollout of an innovation hub for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, advised on the launch of FORA ( a luxury workspace business) backed by a private equity fund and incubated it’s own disruptive work and live concepts. Rajdeep also advises and sits on board of Humble Works, who create ergonomic study furniture and is a trustee for Macintyre charity; a charity supporting the less able to gain education and care throughout their lifetime.

Previous to this; Rajdeep joined WeWork as an early employee and led the European rollout from 2014, responsible for taking WeWork in London from inception to 8 buildings, over 6000 members, a team of 40 people in just 18 months. Rajdeep built WeWork’s European business from $0- $50 million in 18 months. She also launched the brand in the Netherlands and oversaw the first site. She has also worked as an intrapreneur in the technology space for eBay, incubating new technology marketplaces in London and San Jose. Rajdeep started her career on a trading floor in London, following a degree from the LSE.

She has keynoted conferences globally (including NYC Real estate tech week, MIPIM, BCO, London Real Estate Forum)  and frequently hosts workshops with companies in traditional industries on bringing in innovation.
