Samm Sacks's Biography
Samm Sacks is an expert speaker on global cyber policy, digital economy and emerging technology governance, particularly data protection policy. She has worked on Chinese technology policy issues for over a decade, both with the U.S. government and in the private sector. She also launched Siemens cybersecurity business in Asia.
