Prof. Stibe is a thought leader within the areas of transformational sociotech design and empowerment. Prof. Stibe’s research, which I have referenced numerous times, is imbued by the belief that the world becomes an increasingly better place to the extent it includes purposefully designed urban spaces that successfully blend technological advancements with human nature. Of particular relevance is his work with the Socially Influencing System (“SIS”) framework, which facilitates persuasive urban interventions targeted to support wellbeing.
