Charles Moore's Biography

Charles Moore is one of Britain’s most distinguished centre right journalists who since the 1980s has been a leading proponent of small government and free markets.

He was editor of the Daily Telegraph from 1995 to 2003, editor of the Sunday Telegraph from 1992 to 1995 and editor of the Spectator magazine from 1984 to 1990. Until 2011 he was the Chairman of the centre right think tank Policy Exchange.

Charles continues to write for the Daily Telegraph and Spectator and is the authorised biographer of Margaret Thatcher.
