Ricardo Baretzky has over 25 years of experience and broad involvement in International Cyber Intelligence and information and operational technology security leadership across both the public and private sectors. He is President and Global Chief Cyber Strategist for CYBERPOL, the International Cyber Policing Organisation and President of the European Centre for Information Policy and Security (ECIPS) which is the mandated “Global Watchdog” on monitoring and investigating International Security Threats.

A recognised Cyber Intelligence Architect with expertise on Ethical Hacking he has also concentrated on Enhanced Due Diligence, Cyber Threats and Insider Threat detection for public and private sector clients, helping them to understand the threat environment from an adversarial perspective.

Ricardo is a seasoned director, leading on strategy, development, delivery and management of national and international information security programmes for large corporates across industry and commerce, law enforcement and government.

As well as his roles as President of CYBERPOL and ECIPS, Ricardo is currently an advisor on the subject of Insider Threats and Cyber Incident Analysis and Response and compliance policies to a number of global companies and international governments.

As an authority on International Cyber Security and Insider Threats, he has delivered keynote speeches to global audiences ranging from the U.S Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the United Nations, to National Defence Ministries and corporate clients all over the world.
