Raad Alkadiri's Biography

Raad Alkadiri is a widely respected expert on Middle East geopolitics and global energy markets. As Managing Partner of 3TEN32 Associates, he draws on three decades of experience advising Fortune 500 corporations and senior government leaders to provide an authoritative perspective on the political and economic forces shaping global energy markets, from Middle East instability and OPEC dynamics to the geopolitics of energy transition, and the structural risks redefining long-term investment.

His private-sector career has spanned the most respected names in geopolitical and energy intelligence: Managing Director for Energy, Climate and Resources at Eurasia Group; Senior Director at the BCG Center for Energy Impact; Managing Director at IHS Energy; and Partner and Head of Markets and Country Strategies at PFC Energy. He began his career as Deputy Managing Editor and Middle East analyst at Oxford Analytica.

Raad also served as Policy Advisor to the UK Special Representative during Iraq’s post-war reconstruction (2003–04), and subsequently as Senior Political Advisor to Her Majesty’s Ambassador (2006–07). He conducted several campaign reviews for US commanders in Iraq, and he remains an advisor to a number of governments and international organizations.
