Professor Paolo Taticchi's Biography

Professor Paolo Taticchi is a Professor in Strategy and Sustainability at University College London, School of Management (world’s top10 university), where he is the Co-Director of the UCL Centre for Sustainable Business.

Highly active in executive education, Paolo has trained thousands of managers and executives of Fortune Global 500 companies; and is a sought-after speaker regularly invited to give keynote talks at world-class academic, governmental and industry events.

Paolo’s research on corporate sustainability is internationally recognised. His latest books include How to be Sustainable: Business Strategies for Leading Change; Sustainable Transformation Strategy; and Disruption.

Today, he works with international corporations and governments on strategic transformational initiatives.

Paolo is also an entrepreneur, having co-founded four firms in the fields of engineering, technology and consultancy.

He has received numerous awards for the impact of his work. His projects, quotes and opinions have been featured over 350 times in international media outlets.

In 2021-23, Paolo was indicated by Italian’s leading business daily Sole 24 Ore as the most influential Italian under the age of 40. In 2024, Paolo became the recipient of the prestigious Stefan A. Riesenfeld Memorial Award given by Berkeley Law in recognition for his significant contributions towards sustainable business practices.
