Karren Brady CBE is a keynote speaker widely recognised as the first woman in football and one of Britain’s most accomplished business leaders. At just 23 years old, she became Managing Director of Birmingham City Football Club, transforming it from administration into a thriving, publicly-listed enterprise. Under her leadership, match attendance rose from 6,000 to over 30,000, and by 2009 the business was valued at over £80 million. She served as Vice-Chairman of West Ham United FC (2010-2026), where she oversaw the club’s landmark move to the London Stadium and its continued growth as a global sporting brand.

Beyond football, Karren is a powerful advocate for diversity, entrepreneurship and leadership. In 2014, she was appointed to the House of Lords as Baroness Brady of Knightsbridge and continues to champion equal opportunity and economic empowerment across the UK.
