Jesús Cochegrús is a Computer Science Engineer with over 20 years of experience leading companies in the video game, animation, and advertising sectors. He has worked with global brands including Coca-Cola, Nike, Nintendo, Siemens, and Audi. Notably, he led the first Mexican company to be certified by Nintendo, Xbox, and PlayStation, and under his direction, the company launched the first Latin American game to reach #1 on iTunes, surpassing Angry Birds.

Over the past decade, Cochegrús has delivered more than 400 keynotes in 24 countries across the Americas and Europe. He has spoken at leading conferences such as WOBI, MDRT, TEDx, and YPO, and for organizations including Disney, BVLGARI, Coca-Cola, GM, HSBC, SAP, and Walmart. At 39, a heart attack reshaped his perspective and led him to a new mission: helping individuals become GAME-CHANGERS—the heroes of their own story. Using the video game world as a lens, he translates complex business concepts into practical, engaging strategies that resonate across all levels of an organization.

He is also an author and advisor who has introduced innovative approaches to customer engagement, CX, innovation, and organizational culture. His work explores the intersection of technology, business models, exponential thinking, and human behavior—helping organizations adapt to rapidly changing environments.

Cochegrús has worked with global companies including Autodesk, AXA, BASF, Bose, Boston Scientific, BVLGARI, Canon, Caterpillar, Cisco, and Coca-Cola. Your Company as a Videogame

When you play a video game and move from one level (or world) to another, you know everything can change. You will face new challenges, new monsters, new problems… but you know they’re part of the game! You don’t waste time complaining; you adapt your way of playing.

You search for new weapons and tools, learn new skills, find new allies, develop new strategies… not only to survive in that new level but to triumph in that new world. In a video game, you adopt the GAME-CHANGER Mindset: you change the way you play to become the one who changes the future of that universe. You take control and act as the hero of your story.

What if your company, or your life, were a video game?

Are you truly enjoying your game? Do you know your purpose, your goals, your map? Are you facing the changes of your world as your own Game-Changer? Are you confronting your monsters? Are you using your superpowers?

In the end, the controller is in your hands. You are the one making the decisions in your life. Discover the strategies used in game design to get you engaged on your own game and become the hero of your universe. Don’t just watch your life happen, take control and be the change your world needs.

In One Sentence

Life, like a video game, constantly forces you to face new levels, monsters, and challenges. The difference lies in whether you merely survive or play to win. By adopting the Game-Changer Mindset, you change how you play to change the future of your game. Don’t be a spectator, take control, grow, and become the hero your world needs.

Takeaways

  • Apply Game Design mechanics to create real engagement within your team.
  • Develop the player mindset: resilience, purpose, and continuous learning.
  • Learn tools to reinvent your attitude toward personal and professional challenges.
  • Understand when to press Start, Pause, or Reset.
  • Build strong teams focused on strong results.
  • Protect your energy bars.
  • Understand your purpose and inspire others to discover theirs.

Homo sAIpiens: A New Game Level

Just as the smartphone transformed humanity in less than 10 years, Artificial Intelligence will transform it again, but this time in less than five years. In this keynote, Jesús introduces his concept “Homo sAIpiens”: the new breed of customers and employees empowered by AI, and explains how companies must evolve toward an AI2AI world (not just B2B or B2C).

We no longer need to attract and engage only human customers on an individual level; we now must also be relevant to their AI agents and AI Platforms. The next five years represent a New Game Level that will change everything and demand new strategies, paradigms, and tools.

This isn’t about installing AI tools; it’s about understanding the new AI-powered customer and collaborator and using AI to strengthen our connection with them. A must-attend keynote for leaders who want to understand megatrends and adapt their culture, marketing, and strategy to this hyper-personalized new reality.

Takeaways

  • How to anticipate the needs and demands of the AI-driven customer.
  • The keys to modern Engagement: Replay Value, Social Value, and Growth Value.
  • The Five Levels of Connection: Needs, Wants, Experiences, Community, Individualization — evolving your customers and employees from “simple buyers” to real clients, fans, ambassadors, and partners.
  • The AI2AI paradigm: how corporate and personal AI agents interact.
  • How to use AI, technology, and megatrends to create value, anticipate needs, and build loyalty.
  • Augmented Humanity: the power of purpose and human connection in the age of AI.
