James Peach's Biography

James Peach is an award-winning global marketing leader who has shaped some of the most successful brands in the tech and consumer goods industries, including Innocent drinks, Uber, and Vinted. As Global Brand Director at Vinted, he led a team of 120 to scale the business across 18 countries, helping the platform reach its first profit milestone while driving relevance in a fast-changing marketplace. James advises and mentors businesses from seed to sale and is the founder of The Growth Project, a business advisory firm. In 2025, he will launch his first book, Mattering to People: How to Build an Interesting Business and a Powerful Brand, sharing insights on creating impactful brands that resonate deeply with people.

Driven by a thirst for exploration, James has cycled over 41,000 kilometres around the globe, traversing 38 countries. He has hiked across the rugged landscapes of Argentina, Norway, and Central America coast to coast, and has undertaken the extraordinary feat of cycling the length, kayaking the width, and climbing the height of the UK non-stop. His passion for adventure has made him a public advocate for its benefits, and he is a proud fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

James is an ambassador for the mental health charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), working to end the 125 lives lost to suicide each week. He is committed to raising awareness, promoting resilience, and challenging stigma around mental health.
