Fabrice Pothier's Biography
Fabrice Pothier is CEO of the geopolitical advisory firm Rasmussen Global. As NATO’s former Director of Policy Planning, Fabrice has more than twenty years of experience in strategic affairs and shaping international public policy at the highest levels. He serves as a pro-bono advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Ukraine’s long-term security and Euro-Atlantic integration.
Over the past decade, Fabrice has led Rasmussen Global to become Europe’s preeminent independent geopolitical consultancy, and is a leading thinker and media commentator on international affairs, security policy, and European politics.
Fabrice previously co-founded the Transatlantic Commission on Election Integrity and was the founding director of Carnegie Europe. He holds master’s degrees in communications and politics, and speaks French, English, and Spanish.
