Christian Taylor's Biography

Christian Taylor is an NCAA and World Champion, hailing from the University of Florida. He was a member of the 2012 United States Olympic team and won the gold medal in the triple jump at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

Born in Fayetteville, GA, Christian was a standout track and field athlete – setting state high school records in the long jump, triple jump and 400m, and winning many World Youth Championships. Christian went on to attend the University of Florida, where he racked up both indoor and outdoor National Championship titles in 2010 and 2011, and a 2011 World Championship – which also see him achieve the tenth best triple jump in history.
