Ben Voyer's Biography
Professor Ben Voyer is a behavioural scientist who helps organisations understand how their consumers think and behave, in various fields such as healthcare, luxury or FMCG industries. He is chair‑holder and co‑scientific director of the Cartier–ESCP–HEC Paris “Turning Points” Research Chair at ESCP Business School, and a Visiting Professor in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics. He previously served as the L’Oréal professor of creativity & marketing at ESCP Business school.
Professor Voyer co‑founded The Gen Z Observatory, a modern think tank powered by the Turning Points Research Chair, which convenes students and Cartier teams to decode generational cultural differences and surface actionable insights for business and society.
Beyond academic research, he extensively collaborates with the media (TV, radio, press) as a scientific consultant (The Times, Sky News, CNBC, CNN International, The Washington Post, The Economist, BBC 2, BBC Radio 4, Financial Times, BusinessWeek, The Economist, BBC World…).
