Karen O'Donnell

Karen O’Donnell joined Chartwell in 2019. She has extensive experience working with top level speakers and international clients. Her career spans some years as a conference organiser and later as a senior speaker agent. She previously set up and led a US owned speaker agency in EMEA. In an earlier role, she designed and marketed executive events and conferences for a multinational Top Management Centre in Brussels. She has worked with Nobel Laureates, Heads of State, CEOs, and many leading thinkers and authors from a wide range of sectors. She enjoys tackling complex briefs and advising clients on the most appropriate speakers for their events. She also enjoys working long term with clients, and supporting them as their business needs evolve.
