Lynda Gratton Keynote Speaker

Lynda Gratton is a leading authority on the future of work, people strategies and organisational change. As Professor of Management Practice at London Business School she directs the programme ‘Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Companies’, regarded as the world’s leading executive programme on human resources. She is also the founder of The Hot Spots Movement and for more than five years has led the Future of Work Research Consortium which has brought together executives from more than 80 companies.

Lynda has written extensively about the interface between people and organisations. Her eleven books have been translated into more than 20 languages. They include Human Resource Strategy: Corporate Rhetoric and Human Reality, Living Strategy, The Democratic Enterprise, The Exceptional Manager: Making the Difference, Hot Spots, Glow, The Shift, The Key, Redesigning Work, The 100-Year Life: Living and Working in an Age of Longevity, and The New Long Life: A Framework for Flourishing in a Changing World. Collectively, these works explore the link between business and HR strategy, the emergence of collaborative and adaptive organisations, and the profound impact of technological, social and demographic change on the way people live and work.

Lynda’s work has been acknowledged globally. She has won the Tata Prize in India; in the United States she has been named a Fellow of NAHR and winner of the CCL Prize; and in Australia she has received the HR Prize. She was named by The Times and Harvard Business Review ‘Business Thinkers 50’ as one of the top 15 business thinkers in the world. She is a Fellow of the World Economic Forum and has chaired the WEF Council on Leadership. She serves as a judge on the FT Business Book of the Year panel, chairs the Drucker Prize panel and sits on the governing body of London Business School. In 2013 she was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by HR Magazine and was again listed among the top 15 thinkers in the Thinkers50 ranking. In 2024 she was inducted into the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame, and in 2025 her book Redesigning Work was recognised as a management classic.
