Rich Bello is the Founder and CEO of Arootah Alt Investment Advisory & Coaching and the Co-Founder and COO of Blue Ridge Capital, a leading hedge fund he built with industry icon John Griffin. Over 25 years, they scaled Blue Ridge Capital to over $10 billion in Assets Under Management, with Rich overseeing operations, finance, and talent. Together, they also launched family offices and a Fund of Funds. His career includes key roles at Tiger Management, Morgan Stanley, and Ernst & Young, where he built high-performing teams, refined financial operations, and shaped strategies for top-tier firms. As a trusted leader in the Tiger Cub network, he advises fund managers on operational excellence and leadership development.
