Anne Mahlum's Biography
Anne Mahlum is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, investor, philanthropist, and athlete passionate about empowering people to live life on their terms.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2007 when she founded Back on My Feet, a national nonprofit that uses running and community to help individuals experiencing homelessness achieve employment and self-sufficiency. Under Anne’s leadership as CEO, the organization grew to 14 cities with an $8M annual budget, helping thousands transform their lives.
In 2013, Anne founded [solidcore], a pilates-inspired fitness company. As CEO, she scaled it to 100 locations nationwide, serving hundreds of thousands of clients—including former First Lady Michelle Obama—and employing more than 2,000 people. After raising $210M in private equity, Anne exited the company in 2023, sharing millions from the sale with her employees.
