Klaus Mitchell's Biography

Klaus Mitchell is a health advocate, entrepreneur, and author of Built From Pain: The Revolutionary Approach to Overcome Chronic Pain.

His personal journey with chronic pain drove him deep into the science of pain, lifestyle medicine, and human resilience, and eventually led him to build one of the largest conscious health platforms.

As founder of Everkind Digital, which owns platforms Plant Based News and The Sustainability Awards (together over 3.7 million followers and 70+ million monthly impressions). Klaus is also co-founder of the new event and media platform Health + AI Insiders.

He has spoken at UN COP conferences, universities, and companies including Meta, and has been featured on several health platforms including Dr. Alan Desmond’s The Eat This Podcast (number two health and nutrition podcast in the UK), Dr. Scott Stoll’s online education series, and Dr. Michael Greger’s podcast. He has also interviewed prominent figures in medicine including Dr. Kim Williams (former President of the American College of Cardiology), as well as Rich Roll and others.
