Dean’s journey began as a psychological skills coach, working closely with athletes and coaches under the guidance of Professor Steve Peters, employing the ‘Chimp Management’ model. His role was instrumental in helping athletes develop psychological strategies to achieve top-tier performance. He then transitioned into senior leadership roles across various sports, including Great Britain Taekwondo, British Canoeing, and British Shooting.
